We stayed two nights at this great suite. It had everything we needed: peaceful location, tasteful decor, nice outdoor sitting area, very comfortable king bed, great shower, small kitchen area where we could prepare breakfast.
Ken told us about great local hikes and we were able to use his hiking book and trekking poles as well as a trail pass. The first night we took a short walk to Red Rock Crossing to see Cathedral Rock glow at sunset. It was the perfect introduction to Sedona. Ken also gave us very good restaurant recommendations. thank you Ken!

Peaceful retreat close to great hikes

My wife & I spent 3 nights at this extremely comfortable and well furnished suite. Both Ken & Heather were extremely helpful in going through the accommodations as well having excellent hiking guides for our use. The location is relatively close to town but offers a very quiet setting, away from the traffic. There are several trails close by.

Perfect location for Sedona

Wonderful studio suite near red rock crossing. Beautiful setting, clean, comfortable with thought given to every need from snacks to walking sticks. Ken, the owner, provides much information and advice to guarantee a wonderful stay. Really appreciated the personal touch.

Great stay in Sedona!

This Sedona Suite was awesome! Ken’s warm welcome and hospitality not only made us feel at home, but he gave us excellent recommendations for hikes and restaurants. My husband and I enjoyed coffee each morning on our balcony looking out at Cathedral Rock, an impressive red rock formation. The suite is located in a beautiful area which is walking distance to a lovely park and river, where we had fabulous photographic opportunities. We would definitely stay there again! Sedona itself is spectacular! It has now been added to my top four favorite US recreation areas including Yosemite, Zion, and Glacier National Parks! Enjoy!

Sedona scrumptiousness!

We have stayed in several different hotel’s and resorts in Sedona and can honestly say we enjoyed Ken’s place the most. The room is clean, private and the perfect size for couples. Several great hiking trails are within walking distance. I enjoyed waking up in the morning, stepping out the door and being able to run on the nearby trails. Ken provides great tips on things to do while in Sedona. We used the hiking books in the room to find some incredible hiking trails that we had never been on before. It is great because prior guests leave helpful notes in the books about the good trails. Ken also provides you with a Red Rock pass that allows you to park at the trails without having to pay. Saves you about $10 per day! My wife and I will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Sedona. Trust me… you will feel comfortable the minute you arrive and you’ll be ready to explore one of the most beautiful areas of the Country.

Ideal for a Sedona Getaway!!

Stayed here with my wife for one week. From the moment we arrived we knew it was a winner. A friendly welcome followed by an introduction to the appartment… cold sodas in the fridge, snack bars, oatmeal, tea and filter coffee in the cupboard. Fast wifi, great shower, itinarary of personal recommendations for places to eat and things to do. There was even a stocked first aid kit, walking sticks and trail guides to take hiking. The location is perfect, walking distance to Cathedral Rock! Between my wife and i we have stayed in hotels all over the world many top end but not tried vrbo much before. This experience was so much better than staying in a top hotel, we had more freedom and felt more at home and there was no lack of comfort or convenience.

Perfect – you should pick this one!

The room was very clean and the area quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Loved that you could sleep with the patio door open and no bugs. The owner was very nice and helpful with information as where to eat, what to do and where the best hiking trails were. It was the perfect place for us. Thanks Ken and Heather for sharing your home.

Sedona 2016

Great location and impeccably clean accommodations. Heather and Ken made us feel right at home. Close to all Sedona has to offer. We absolutely loved our stay. The views from the porch were amazing and bed was really really comfy as well. Couldn’t be happier !

Perfect Sedona Getway

My husband and I wanted a quiet Sedona getaway and found it here at Ken’s place. The location was just perfect with hiking and biking trails a short walk from our room which was clean and the bed very comfortable. Ken was so accommodating with our much later than expected arrival and even stayed up with us to provide dining, shopping and suggested routes my runner husband could check out during our visit. I cannot wait to return here with my daughters so they can experience the beauty of hiking Red Rock Crossing along Oak Creek.

Labor Day weekend in Sedona

I’m a fussy broad. I’ve been renting vacation rentals for over 20 years, and a few years ago I wrote that a property in Oregon was the best place I ever stayed.

Now this is the best place I’ve ever rented, hands down. It’s a tick above the previous best because every stick of furniture is so darned comfortable, I just wanted to lay around, or sit and read. This means something big coming from someone recovering from a back and neck injury. If it weren’t so pretty there, I would have been a complete couch potato for days.

Ken is the best host I’ve ever met. Usually I prefer to be left alone and read instructions, but Ken’s tour of things was welcome and enjoyable.

Only one problem for you as I see it, if I want to be there when you want to be there, you have to promise I win.
