Absolutely great in all aspects. Ken is a wonderful host and the information he provides about the area and things to do was super helpful. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Sedona suites. This is close enough to the uptown area with all of the peace and solitude Sedona can provide. The suite was very comfortable with a superb balcony view. Ken was a wonderful host who anticipated our sightseeing/shopping/eating/hiking needs. It was great to gain his perspective as a Sedona resident. Lovely spot. We will return!

My husband and I wanted to stay in Sedona for a couple nights somewhere close to trails but not too far from town. The Pyramid room was perfect – quiet, well-appointed and spacious. Ken was a gracious and helpful host. The house is very close to a beautiful view of famous Cathedral Rock. I also visited the masseuse next door, Kelly, which I highly recommend as a treat for your legs and back after days of hiking. She was very professional and friendly. We would certainly return!

Love the fact that we could walk out the front door and have access to several world class hikes. The apartment is well equipped and Ken is very helpful. We’ll stay there again.

I rarely say that I totally loved where I stayed, but this place I absolutely did. The accommodations were reasonably priced and at the same time appointed like a suite at the Four Seasons. Ken and Heather are not only 2 of the nicest people you would ever want to meet, they went out of their way to make sure our stay in Sedona was an unforgettable one. The room included passes to all of the local state parks saving us hundreds in fees. Our room had a lovely kitchenette allowing us to make our breakfasts and lunches right in our room. The view right from our balcony was dramatic…Bottom line, they exceeded my expectations in every way and we will be back! Thanks again!

Property has everything we needed. 5 min down the road from tour pickup locations. The owner reviewed the room and functions of everything and added recommendations for tours, hikes and anything else we asked. Ken was the best host we have had. Ken lives on the property so he can address any needs immediately. I would stay again. The have two rooms so families can split up and still be close

You won’t be disappointed visiting Sedona and you definitely won’t be disappointed with such amazing, gifted and informative hosts! They are there if you need them and not if you don’t! This peaceful get away is secluded and yet close to it all. We did a 3 night stay, perfect to hit some great trails, do some shopping and eat at some restaurants all with amazing views! If you were wondering, just do it!

Couldn’t be happier with my choice to stay at the Sedona Suites. Our host, Ken, could not have been more accommodating. He got back to me at lightning speed to answer all my questions before booking. The accommodations are just the right amount of “off the beaten path” for my taste. Just a few short miles from town and right down the block from Cathedral Rock. The drive into it is breathtaking. Spectacular views of Cathedral Rock. The room was perfect. We stayed in the larger of the two he has available. Very specious, spotless and nicely decorated. Beautiful French doors leading to a very spacious terrace with a lovely view. The place really did give me the feel of staying at a resort and I would recommend staying here if you have the opportunity. Real value for the money. Thank you Ken.

We hope to stay at Sedona Suites whenever we come to Sedona! The owner of the property is so friendly and has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. I will never stay in a Sedona hotel again–if I can plan early enough to stay with Ken. He books up quickly–and it is easy to see why. It was our best vacation ever!

My husband and I are a young couple in our 20s. We stayed in the Pyramid Suite over Labor Day weekend. The accommodations were beautiful and just as the pictures show. We made good use of the mini fridge and microwave, and had several meals on the private patio that’s equipped with a table and chairs. The suite is located a few minutes from Cathedral Rock, where we hiked and swam. It’s a 15-45 minute drive to restaurants and the other hikes we did, including Doe Mountain, Bell Rock/Courthouse Loop, West Fork and others that were across town or in a canyon. It’s not what I’d consider a central location, but driving wasn’t bad since the scenery is so beautiful. The suite had many guide books, maps and pamphlets filled with information about Sedona. Ken was very gracious and helpful as well; he gave us a mini tour via a map and print off of food and hiking suggestions. We’d stay here again.
Notes:
The Cathedral suite’s balcony is not completely private (shared stairs with Pyramid’s front entrance), but the Pyramid suite’s balcony is.
The Pyramid suite had beautiful decor, a soft bed and nice recliners, but the skylights/small windows without coverings made it difficult to sleep comfortably after 5:30 a.m. May not be a problem for some people, but we like to sleep in on vacation and couldn’t with the sun shining so bright directly on us. We used pillows to block out the light, but you might want to be creative and bring tinfoil or something.
