The Real Sedona

My wife and I have been Arizona residents for over 30 years, and exploring & enjoying Sedona has been a great source of relaxation, outdoor exercise, cultural delight, and spiritual fulfillment through all that time. We’ve stayed about everywhere one can stay in Red Rock country…from campgrounds to condos to high end resorts. While each of these certainly has its merits, I can’t stress too strongly what a special treat it has been to stay at Ken and Heather’s place (multiple times) at Red Rock Crossing. This is lodging for those who wonder what it might be like to call Sedona home…warm people, comfortable surroundings, ecological respect, amazing trails, and a drive down an awesomely scenic canyon road that you must take even if you are just in the area. If your concern really is the television in your room (perfectly adequate, by the way) or an absolutely silent heating system (is there such a thing?) you might conceivably find yourself better provisioned on the main drag. But if you are coming to Sedona to catch the vibe…well, the trail leads here.
