My husband and I recently spent 4 nights in the Pyramid Suite in Sedona,Arizona. All I can say is “wow”. The unit we had was a studio but had a comfy king bed, a big bathroom,a small kitchen, and a great outdoor/private deck. Not to mention the view of Pyramid Mountain from our deck and Cathedral Rocks from the main entrance. The unit was perfect for the 2 of us , clean, and nicely appointed with local art. Ken greeted us with a great orientation to the area i.e. things like where to eat , shop, sight see, and what not to do. The location is just out of town but I would not stay anywhere else. This is “the” place to stay in Sedona. Close to Red Rock Crossing (great place for a sunset or fantastic walks with views of Cathedral Rocks) and yet only a 15 minute scenic drive from town. Sedona itself has anything that you could want i.e. groceries, laundry facilities, along with all the restaurants and art galleries with local works. Don’t miss the views from the airport…or better yet, an open-door helicopter tour if you have the time. We were blown away with the views from the helicopter !! The Mesa Grill,at the airport ,made a nice lunch stop for us before our tour. Would also recommend the great walk around Bell Rock and Courthouse Rock , just a bit out of town. Such beautiful vistas from everywhere you look. We enjoyed our side trip to Jerome ,about an hour from Sedona. Great little place for lunch, shopping, a late latte, and a lovely view of the valley. So much to do in and around Sedona ! Just add the Pyramid Suite, a cold beer , a nice sunset and you have the perfect vacation. Thanks again Ken for your hospitality.
