Rental Policy
-
For the comfort
of all future guests, smoking
and pets are never allowed
inside the suites.
-
Check-in time is
flexible to accommodate your
traveling schedule, though we do
prefer check-in after 2 pm.
Please make advance arrangements
for arrivals after 8 pm.
Check-out time is 11 am unless
prior arrangements are made.
-
No open flames,
including the burning of
candles, scented oil, and
incense are allowed at any time.
-
A security
deposit equal to one nights stay
is due at the time of booking.
Any cancellation will result in
a $50 cancellation fee. With
less than two weeks notice, the
entire deposit will be forfeited
unless the reserved rooms can be
subsequently filled for the
dates reserved.

Only cash,
checks, or money orders are
accepted at this time.

Guests shall
keep the premises, furniture,
furnishings, appliances, and
fixtures in good order and
condition. The guests agree to
pay the owner for costs to
repair, replace, or rebuild any
portion of the premises damaged
by negligence and caused by the
guests or his/her invitees.
-
Owner may
withhold from the security
deposit only such amounts as are
reasonably necessary to remedy
tenant defaults or damages to
premises caused by guests,
exclusive of ordinary wear and
tear. If damages of the above
nature exceed the amount of the
security deposit, the guests are
nonetheless responsible for the
additional costs.
-
The guests’
personal property is not insured
by the owner, and the guests
release the owner of all
responsibility for the loss due
to damage or theft of the
guest's personal property.
The undersigned guests shall not
hold the owner responsible for
injury occurring on or off the
premises to the guests or
his/her invitees.
-
Guests shall
conduct themselves, and require
other persons on the premises
with guest consent, to conduct
themselves in a manner that will
not disturb the neighbor's or
other guest peaceful enjoyment
of their premises.

If any legal
action or proceeding be brought
by either party to enforce any
part of this Agreement, the
action shall be brought to
mediation in Yavapai County and
the prevailing party shall
recover, in addition to all
other relief, reasonable fees
and costs.
