Pyramid or Cathedral?

The Pyramid Suite is a bit larger and more private, has 2 reclining chairs, and has a combination shower/bathtub. Its private balcony has a view of Pyramid Rock, and the sunset. It is recommended for longer stays. The Cathedral Suite is a bit smaller, has a big skylight, a stand-up shower, and a granite bistro table which can also serve as a laptop-friendly workspace. Its balcony has a view of Cathedral Rock and the sunrise.

How are the bathrooms equipped?

Each suite has a private bathroom with plush towels, granite or travertine counter, a hair dryer, cruelty-free toiletries, and a tiled shower with a grab bar. The Pyramid Suite bathroom is slightly larger and has a combination shower/bathtub, while the Cathedral Suite bathroom is slightly more compact and has a stand-up shower.

How far is Sedona Suite from the heart of Sedona?

Sedona Suite is about a 5 minute drive from West Sedona (with grocery stores, restaurants, banks, etc.) and about a 10 minute drive from the heart of Sedona (the “Y” where Highways 89A and 179 intersect). You’ll be in very near proximity to one of the most photographed spots in Arizona—Red Rock Crossing.

Is there public transport in Sedona?

No, there is not public transport in Sedona. And we usually say “public transportation.” Please change the answer to, “No. A car is necessary for getting around Sedona. Shuttles are available to and from the Phoenix Airport. Some are listed here.

Which airports can I use to get to Sedona?

Though there is an airport in Flagstaff that offers limited service, most people fly into Phoenix. Getting to Sedona from Phoenix is about a two-hour drive, whereas Flagstaff is about an hour; however, you will most likely have to transfer planes in Phoenix and that makes the trip longer in the end. More details are here.

What time can I check-in?

Check-in time is flexible to accommodate your traveling schedule, though we do prefer check-in between 3 pm and 5 pm. Please make advance arrangements for arrivals outside of this time.

What time do I need to check out?

Check-out time is 10 am, unless prior arrangements are made.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Any cancellation will result in a $75 cancellation fee. With less than eight weeks’ notice, the entire deposit will be forfeited unless the reserved rooms can be subsequently filled for the dates reserved.

Is there a security deposit?

A security deposit equal to two night’s stay is due at the time of booking. The guests agree to pay the owner for costs to repair, replace, or rebuild any portion of the premises damaged by negligence and caused by the guests or his/her invitees.

What does the security deposit cover?

Owner may withhold from the security deposit only such amounts as are reasonably necessary to remedy tenant defaults or damages to premises caused by guests, exclusive of ordinary wear and tear. Excess oil, makeup, etc. on sheets or towels will incur an additional cleaning and/or replacement fee, depending on the damage. If damages of the above nature exceed the amount of the security deposit, the guests are nonetheless responsible for the additional costs.

What payment methods are available at Sedona Suite?

Bookings made directly with us may be made by cash, check, or money order.

Is there any insurance included for my personal items?

The guests’ personal property is not insured by the owner, and the guests release the owner of all responsibility for the loss due to damage or theft of the guest’s personal property. The guests shall not hold the owner responsible for injury occurring on or off the premises to the guests or his/her invitees.

Is smoking allowed in the suites?

For the comfort of all future guests, smoking and pets are never allowed inside the suites.

Can I burn candles, scented oils or incense?

No open flames, including the burning of candles, scented oil, and incense are allowed at any time.

What are the bed arrangements in Sedona suite?

Each suite has a luxurious pillow-top king-sized bed. A Queen-sized Aerobed, toddler airbed, or pack-and-play are each available upon request for a small additional fee.

How are the suites heated and air-conditioned?

Independent guest controlled heating and air conditioning.

Is there TV or Wi-Fi available?

Each suite has a 37” flat screen TV with full HD cable and movie channels, as well as a free high-speed wireless (Wi-Fi) Internet connection (50 mb down, 5 mb up).

How is the kitchen equipped?

The Pyramid Suite kitchenette is slightly larger. Each suite has a kitchenette with granite counters and is equipped with:

– microwave oven

– mini-refrigerator

– coffee maker and toaster

– dishes and silverware

– wine glasses and a wine opener

– complimentary organic coffee (regular and decaf), teas (regular and herbal), sodas, instant oatmeal, granola bars, and microwave popcorn.
